Winning Mid Term Rental Market

This week we want to share a win that goes straight to your bottom line: two of our homes just landed mid term bookings, filling gaps in the calendar and cutting the turnover costs that come with constant guest changeovers.
This Week's Highlights
- Actively promoting to insurance relocators. We reached out directly to insurance relocation contacts, the companies that place families and individuals in housing after a fire, flood, or other displacement. These stays typically run 30 days or longer, which means steady income instead of a string of short bookings.
- Homes prepped specifically for mid-term stayers. We adjusted furnishings, kitchen setup, and amenities on select properties to fit what a 30 plus day guest actually needs, more storage, a full kitchen setup, and a comfortable workspace, not just a vacation feel.
- Protecting the calendar. Instead of letting open dates sit and hoping for short bookings to fill them, we held key weeks open specifically to land the right mid term guest, which paid off with two confirmed bookings.
- Real savings for owners. Every guest turnover costs money, cleaning, restocking, wear and tear. Landing two mid-term bookings means fewer turnovers this month and more of your revenue staying in your pocket instead of covering changeover costs.
Why This Matters to You
Mid-term rentals are not just a backup plan when short-term bookings slow down. Done right, they are a steady, lower-cost revenue stream that protects your calendar and your bottom line at the same time.
