We hope you’re having a fantastic summer! We are so excited to share a quick update on our Summer Internship Program with AISD and all the amazing things our interns, Ari and Bryson, have been up to! 🚀

Here is a look at what we’ve been working on this past week:

🏡 Homeowner Outreach & Value

We’ve been busy making phone calls and following up with homeowners to chat about how we can add real value to your properties. This past week, our team visited and sat down in person with 2 homeowners and 1 apartment owner! We had some great conversations about how we can work together to bring consistent cash flow to your units.💰

📲 Fresh Social Content

We’ve continued dropping helpful content on our social channels! Our topics this week covered:

🎤 A Very Special Interview!

🤖 Embracing AI & Tech

We are constantly exploring how AI is changing the way we work. The intern team has been tasked with running some exciting new AI pilot projects to help improve our efficiency!📱

🏙️ Community Civic Project

Lastly, to wrap up their experience, the interns are diving into a civic mini-project. They are working on creative ideas to help address the high housing and accommodation prices across the Metro Austin area. We love seeing them think outside the box for our community! 🤝
