To bring this home to life, we followed our signature three-step process:

We positioned this home as an outdoor gem. With a truly unbeatable location, guests are a short stroll away from a morning swim at Barton Springs Pool, picnics in Zilker Park, and world-class performances at the Long Center. We leaned into the "walkable lifestyle," highlighting the best of South Lamar’s dining scene and the artsy soul of the neighborhood.


Elevating the Interiors

We moved away from sterile trends, opting instead for a relaxed, comfortable Southern Living aesthetic. We paired high-end furniture with upgraded designer lighting fixtures to create a warm, inviting atmosphere that honors the home’s history while providing modern luxury.


The "Outdoor-to-Indoor" Transition

The true highlight is the outdoor transformation. We plan to install a cowboy pool, a premium grill, and a curated sitting area.
